(i) If the Buyer is not satisfied with any Goods purchased from EKARTZON., Or If you wish to return or exchange any item please email or call us within 7 days of purchase, purchase, and a full refund excluding carriage charges will be issued or the exchange items will be sent subject to a further carriage charge.
(ii) Faulty and damaged goods should be returned to our Returns Department with a letter of explanation & proof of purchase.
(iii) Please return items in original packaging.
(iv) Amount will be refunded within 7 business days (After receiving the product at EKARTZON).
(v) While the Goods remain in the Buyer’s possession, the Buyer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.
